Good for no-frills
The hotel is located about 5min bus ride (there is frequent bus service, about once every 5 minutes) from Miyazaki station and 30 min bus ride from the airport. So transportation is pretty convenient. There are lots of F&B options, convenience store, department store within walking distance around the hotel. I had some problems finding the hotel reception when i first arrived. The signboard of the hotel is not exactly prominent. Also, the hotel has 2 wings and the reception is on the 5th floor of one of the wings. But i was at the other wing first and did not see anything which indicated there are 2 wings and where the reception is (or maybe there is but in Japanese). The room itself was ok but dated. Overall, i think it's fine as a short stay, no-frills hotel considering the price.

Cheap, but lacking a lot.
The place was okay for the price. It was cheap, so not much to expect. The location is good and bad. Good: lots of restaurants and places to eat. Bad: about a 15-minute walk from the station. The hotel also doesn’t do room cleaning. I stayed for 4 nights and it was starting to get uncomfortable by the end. They just hang a bag outside the door with fresh towels and toiletries. Garbage isn’t taken out, floor isn’t vacuumed, bed isn’t made, nothing. Also, you must access the elevator to go to the front desk, on the 5th floor. Thankfully the elevators always stop on the 5th floor whether you want to go there or not. The Internet was very spotty in my room. I was on the 8th floor, but can’t get good wifi signal. I had to stand near the front door to get moderate signal. Not ideal. The walls were paper thin as I could hear little sounds like someone plugging something in the socket. It’s good for a night or two, but don’t expect anything much. For the price, it’s okay, but I’m sure there are better places to stay.
