Blossom House B&B, Buxton

Comfortable but small room
Blossom House has 2 guest rooms with ensuites in the main home. Breakfast is served upstairs. We had the room at the back which opened onto a little courtyard. As the weather was warm and sunny this gave us a place to sit out. The room itself is very small. We had been travelling for a couple of months and had 2 suitcases. There was no space for them so we had the single chair taken out to put one down and unpacked the other. There is a small fridge which is useful but there were lots of books and brochures in the room which we packed into the bottom of the cupboard to give some shelf space. Apart from the size the room was comfortable, bathroom spotless and would suit couples away for short stays. The gardens are lovely. Diane the owner is extremely friendly and helpful and made a nice breakfast each morning with lots of fresh fruit available. It is an easy walk into Tideswell which is a gorgeous little town.

A lovely little B and B
Diane was a fantastic host and could not have done more to help. The house is in amazing condition. Would happily recommend it. The local area is lovely with pubs and eateries all within a few hundred metres.

Absolutely Ideal!
A two night February stay, Diane was so friendly and welcoming but also left us to our own devices which was great! We stayed in the Apple room at the front of the house, our room was cosy and well equipped, lovely and warm after a chilly day hiking and great tea/coffee facilities. Lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast cooked to order, complimented by Diane's singing! Tideswell is a lovely village in itself and well placed to explore the Peak District.
