Beautiful historic building, modernized interiors, clean, well kept. Great central location. Rooms facing the street are noisy due to street traffic. Front desk staff is courteous, but not very helpful when I stopped getting WI-FI and asked for help. After two days without service and no help, I asked again, and another staff member told me that the internet modum for my room was in someone else's room. He then checked it and found out it had been disconnected and solved the problem. Breakfast food is ok, could use better quality products, the staff is not very attentive, food runs out often.

This was the best hotel of our entire trip. Great beds with crisp white linens, lovely elegant room, exceptional personal service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, breakfast included, terrific price- and a balcony over a vivid lively square.Too notch experience. I would love to go back.

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel
The hotel was comfortable. Great location. The shower had hot strong water flow. The bed was comfortable. The room was large and lovely but it was a little bit noisy. They have new patio windows and shutters in the room which blocks out most of the noise but you cant leave your doors open. No food at the hotel but two wonderful restaurants just outside the front door overlooking the plaza. Metro steps away. I will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The first room they put us in had no windows, so we asked to move. The second room, on the other side of the building, had windows, however it was close to a nightclub that played music until about 3am on a Thursday night. We moved again - in the third room, there were windows and we could still hear the music but not as loud, however the shower did not have hot water. The staff were nice and tried to fix it, but were unable to. We will not be staying here again.
