Hilton, you can do better. No ability to refill water bottles. Chiapas has the highest consumption of cococola and you are not helping by having the staff give us a bad time when we wanted to refill our plastic water bottles. We were expected to buy new plastic water bottles each time. Even hostels have water refilling stations. The halls weren’t vacuumed and were dirty. The has were dimly lit with blue lights. Location was also far from good the downtown area.
