Enjoyed my stay
Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great location (walking distance to many restaurants and locations we wanted to visit). We enjoyed watching the cloud lightening from the deck, loved the AC in the room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will stay here again on my next visit if possible.

We are so disappointed about our stay at the Suites of Euston. This so-called “boutique hotel” is a total disaster. Definitely not worth the high price we've paid for it. We are very accommodating and almost never leave bad reviews for anything but this time we’ve felt we have to do this to help other travellers to stay away from this hotel. Understandingly the building is very old and has its charm but everything in our room was so rundown as you wouldn’t expect from a “boutique hotel”. The outside staircase is old and very unsafe; my wife tripped and fell badly on the stairs, almost breaking her back. In the shower the water pressure is too low, fluctuating so that we couldn't wash off the soap while taking the shower. Wifi is not working on the 3rd floor The air conditioner was a mobile unit placed inside the room on the floor, taking up lots of space and was so noisy we could not sleep. No room service to do the bedding and replace towels. No hair fan in the room. Room door is not closing without excess force applied The main(!) hotel door handle is broken and just hanging from the hole.
