The pictures online look a lot nicer than the actual place. My room was overall clean, but there were multiple stains on the curtains and scratched-off wallpaper on the walls. The bedsheet, comforter, and pillowcases felt almost plastic-y, but they were at least clean. Because of the material though, the bed wasn't super comfortable (the mattress felt fine though). Also, the location of the hotel is not in a great area. It's in an alley-type of street and there was quite a bit of garbage piled on the sidewalks near the hotel as I walked up and down the street. There are, however, some good restaurants and cafes I found nearby, it's just not the nicest area.
The staff was the best part of the hotel -- extremely nice and polite during check-in and check-out. Also my room's bathroom was great, no complaints there.
Basically I thought I was getting a great room and an amazing deal, but it turned out I pretty much got the quality of hotel I paid for. If my expectations hadn't been so high based off the way it's advertised, it would've been a better experience.
