Ole London Hotel, Macau

Flooring with laminated flooring which is old and noisy whenever walk around. One of the toilet light is mulfunction, inform to change but did not happen. Bed is not clean, causing my both leg having bugs bite and itchy for one week.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, as it is nice and clean, at a good location, especially we enjoyed its breakfast. To the lady who cooked breakfast for this hotel on April 9, 2018, I would like to sincerely thank you for your extra effort of taking care of us. In America, hotel breakfast starts at 6:30 am, but in the Asia hotels we stayed, breakfast starts 8 am or after. At Ole London, it is 8:30 am. Because we need to catch flight, we could not wait until 8:30 am to start breakfast. At 7:30 am, we went to downstairs and asked the front desk receptionist if we could have breakfast early, the answer was no problem. We didn't expect much more than cereals as the lady just started to cook breakfast. After I told her we need to eat early, she put out sausages and ham for us to get started. Then she cooked 2 fried eggs and brought to our table! After that she brought out porridge, fried rice, fried noodles, Chinese buns...... Before we left the hotel at 8:20 am, we had a wonderful big breakfast, everything was delicious. It is unforgettable. When we visit Macau next time, we will certainly stay at this same Ole London Hotel again.

Room is clean. Location is convenient to many attractions.

Good and helpful staff. They manage to speak english and are extremely nice. Location is not outstanding but they have a bus stop very close to the hotel and you can get to the ferry terminal or pretty much any location.

I checked in after midnight and found that the night staff speaks only Chinese. There was an issue with my room where it the wifi would not connect. It was fine in the lobby but not my room. I spoke to the front desk for hours about the issue but they did not understand. At one point they told me that they could not move or refund me. Finally I spoke to someone on the phone who spoke English. He said that the front desk agent would go with me to my room to see if the wifi was working or not. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the front desk agent to follow me to my room. We went to another room and had the same issue. Then finally he upgraded me to a room in the main building. The new room was larger, nicer and actually had working wifi.
