Not the worst, not the best
This hotel was....okay. I've stayed at better Hilton properties and also stayed at worse. It's not the easiest hotel to get to, but there are a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby. My friends and I were there for the NCAA tournament. Two minor issues: the beds are rock hard but can be adjusted, which can take a night or two to adjust. Secondly and more annoyingly, our room keys had to be rekeyed four different times in two days, which really isn't unacceptable. The front desk staff appeared unprepared and overwhelmed for the busy weekend. The cleaning staff were very kind and did a great job. Breakfast wasn't free, but that was my mistake when booking the property. Didn't use the pools or any of the other facilities, so no comment on those.

Clean hotel
Clean room, spacious, check in is fast and friendly. breakfast free food (fruits, cereal, coffee, toast, yogurt) anything hot eggs, omletes, hash browns, waffles, french toast is a flat fee of $10.

The rooms were nice, clean and well stocked. The wi-fi was slow and the indoor swimming pool was ice cold. For the price of the stay a continental breakfast would have been nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The location of the hotel was good.

We checked in, our first room had a squeeky bed - we called the front desk and immediately the clerk (I missed her name) moved us to a better, bigger room and made sure we were satisfied. Was a great experience.

Will Not Stay Here Again. Rude Staff.
I was not impressed with this hotel at all. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. We chose this hotel because it had a bar and restaurant and when we got there on a Saturday afternoon/night the check in lady told us it would be closed all night because their staff didn't show up. Then, in the morning the breakfast staff was very rude and informed us if we even took a piece of toast or a yogurt (which clearly looked complimentary) they would charge us $10 a person for a full breakfast. Will not be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it.
