Hotel Staff Service was a 10/10 but i guess that is what made to compensate the rest of the flaws. Location was right smack above Train Station exit 3. Location was tip top with walking distances to many popular eateries and shopping street. Sound proofing in the room was non existent. U could literally hear your neighbour casually chatting, so I guess that works out two ways. Free Coffee , noodles at counter. Plus point Free usage of washing machine at B1 However this hotels offer provides short term stays to couples to rest, if you know you know. Overall if u need a good location to just have a shelter over your head at night this is decent.

Room is clean and of good size, comes with a bath and toiletries. Service and attitude of staff are impeccable and consistent across branches. Excellent location with nice cafes. Staff gave a handmade card and slice of cake for my birthday, very heartwarming. :)

Nice hotel. Helpful staff
Would recommend staying here. The staff was always eager to help and the room was nice. Location is good. I found the bed a tad uncomfortable but that has been my experience with every place I've stayed in Taiwan -- they're just always firmer compared to the US

The front desk staff were very warm and helpful. They gave us a lot of additional suggestions for our trip to be more eventful. When they were unsure of certain places that we asked, they did additional research on their own and advised us the following day. Due to the virus situation, regretfully we had to cut short our trip. But we do appreciate the help and support we got from them during our stay.

Nice location with basic amenities. Small room and worse of all only one small lift serving 8 floors. Quite a pain waiting for lift and with large luggages if staying at higher floor.
