Stayed here for Stagecoach weekend… bad choice. To start, I get a phone call from hotels.com asking me to call the hotel to confirm that I was arriving because not sure how, but they didn’t have my contact info. So I called the hotel to confirm. Everything was fine. We arrived, checked in, the first lady was nice to us about not having the info, I think she was the one that I talked to. And then the mangers (I’m assuming) came out from the office and started working on another reservation right in the middle of mine being worked on. After that was figured out, they returned to my check in and the manger started scolding me for not having my contact information. I kept apologizing and she just kept going saying “we need that information because it’s a busy weekend, we almost cancelled your reservation, we’re booked up because it’s a busy weekend…” and so on. After a few minutes, I was just like “Ok! You can stop, I get it.” Got to the room, meh. The bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel the metal springs and hear the creaking. The walls were very thin, heard the couple next door to us having an argument, every single word. Our key card kept getting deactivated and so we had to keep getting it reactivated, and doing that after a long night gets pretty annoying. The only good thing that we found about our stay is that it was 10 minutes away from the festival grounds.

The room was better than the last time I staid here, but it did have a few issues. It took a very long time to check in. It was late at night and I was tired. Got to the room and the light in the bathroom was out, as was one table light. Too late to call for maintenance but it was an issue the next day. Air conditioner was very noisy and interrupted my sleep. Told check out was 11 am but people knocked on my door several times early to find out when I was leaving. Noisy work going on outside, but they are upgrading.

I paid $230 a night for a motel room with a broken toilet seat and a bathroom door that would not close unless you lifted the door up by the handle as you closed it. Ostensibly the very high rate was due to a major tennis tournament being held that weekend. Even the Motel 6 was charging $300. There was no linen service after the first night but upon asking for some towels the manager brought them to us. On the plus side, the TV worked, the beds were reasonable comfortable (with no apparent fleas or bedbugs), the room had amenities like a refrigerator and a coffee maker, and the air conditioning worked.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The parking was terrible( small road in the u shape made me wonder if my car was going to get hit). No breakfast was being served( that was a reason why I booked this place). I ended up checking out a few hours later after checking in.

The welcome was not friendly. The property is too expensive for the quality of the services.... dirty floor, noisy fridge, walls as thick as cigarette leaves, bedding worthy of a fakir.... .....and so on. I would not recommend this inn at all, even the photos on the website are false: we should have 2 king size bed and they were small.... and ALL this for $96....? the American dream, hahaha.

Disappointing that free breakfast wasn’t offered (due to Covid) as advertised. Room was very dirty. Coffee tray was full of little hair clippings. Floor was so dirty we wore flip flops to keep our feet clean. Parking was right outside door and convenient! Room was small, and heated up very quickly! Easy and quick check-in.
