The staff was amazing, we got upgraded to the 7th floor which had a complimentary lounge with snacks and drinks. The hotel is only 10 mins away from the BWM airport making it super convenient when traveling late at night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Not a romantic getaway
Started off with an unfriendly check-in. Lots of teens and preteens celebrating their birthdays; I saw at least 4 different groups on the 2 day we were there. The pool is small and seemed to always be full with kids. The room is very small, the towels were rough and the toiletries were cheap and smelled horrible. Also the shower has a half wall instead of a door and is right next to the sink, so even though the bathroom is big enough to share you can’t because the mirror fogs up when someone is in the shower. The room showed signs of wear and tear or just shoddy workmanship. Our room had a view of a construction site and the parking lot, not romantic at all. We chose this hotel because of the restaurants and because room service was provided by the restaurant. The food was overpriced, lacked flavor and texture and our chicken entree was under cooked. We received someone else’s early morning wake up call when we were trying to sleep in. This hotel is just a place to sleep don’t stay there if you are looking for anything else.
