Too Soft Water
We really found the "soft water" really annoying. You could not rinse the soap off with the water. It also made the bathroom floor treacherously slippery. We mentioned this to staff and they seemed more amused than concerned.

Annual Family Trip...
Checked in on Friday the 30th of March and the first night was ok except for the WI-FI issue. Told the lady at the front and she stated that it's because that if everyone is using the Wifi at once this is what happens. So me as understanding I blew it off. Secondly NO HOT WATER....that is a Big No No for me. So as you can see it's off to a bad start. My suggestion is that if you're in the North Louisiana area and looking for a place to lay your head for a short time than this is definitely the place for you, so just be prepared.
