Great location! Uncomfortable pull out bed.
We stayed here for 7 nights. The room and hotel were both clean. The daily housekeeping did a great job and we were completely satisfied with the cleanliness. There were a few minor cosmetic deficiencies with the room. These were most notable in the bathroom around the base of the shower and sink. The service was great and the staff was friendly. DO NOT pay for the breakfast (unless you get it for super cheap). It comes with a continental breakfast but was a little underwhelming. For three of us we were given (daily) two croissants, 2-3 eggs, 2-3 individual boxes of cereal, a carton of juice and milk (large carton)(not given daily) unless maybe you use it all, bread with packets of jam, and some crunchy bread things to go along with coffee or tea. We went to the supermarket (about a 10 minute walk) and bought our own food for the mornings. The location was great. It is within reasonable walking distance to everything. The location was definitely the highlight. Good dining nearby. The only negative take away from this hotel is that the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable (room 5) and the pillows were flat. It should be replaced. Also, we didn't get the room that was shown (picture) on the website. It was still a deluxe room however, it just wasn't what I thought we were getting. Again, the pictures we were shown in the booking was not what we got. Misleading and could eventually ruin the reputation of what we thought was an overall good hotel. (Please fix the pull out bed)

Hotel location is probably in Top 5 locations in Rome. Small quiet street next to piazza de Venezia. This is small boutique hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. We had suite with balcony and this is extra bonus vs other hotels in central area. Suite size is ok and room decoration is modern. Room cleaning service is on daily base and all hotel areas are very clean. Bathroom is well decorated and size allow you good feeling during taking a shower. As hotel has no dining room, breakfast is served evening before in your room and includes eggs, juice, cornflakes, bread, milk, butter, jam and some cakes. Nothing special, but good enough to start a day. BTW next to hotel you can find several small local restaurants with good food with reasonable prices. All in all great place to stay, price is little high, but you have great conditions for perfect stay..
