Really nice and comfortable space. Love the kitchen area, the phone provided has a help guide for things to do in Rome.

Perfect stay
This hotel was perfect! The phone you get on your stay was nice. Lovely balcony, and kind staff.

Exceptional 10.0
Superb location for sightseeing
An absolute fantastic place to stay! Staff were really friendly and helpful and the place was absolutely superb and fantastic in location to all the major sightseeing landmarks. The only thing I could fault it with if anything was the noise from local businesses, etc early in the morning when opening up, etc but won’t put me off staying here again. First class!

Very Good 8.0
Great location! Uncomfortable pull out bed.
We stayed here for 7 nights. The room and hotel were both clean. The daily housekeeping did a great job and we were completely satisfied with the cleanliness. There were a few minor cosmetic deficiencies with the room. These were most notable in the bathroom around the base of the shower and sink. The service was great and the staff was friendly. DO NOT pay for the breakfast (unless you get it for super cheap). It comes with a continental breakfast but was a little underwhelming. For three of us we were given (daily) two croissants, 2-3 eggs, 2-3 individual boxes of cereal, a carton of juice and milk (large carton)(not given daily) unless maybe you use it all, bread with packets of jam, and some crunchy bread things to go along with coffee or tea. We went to the supermarket (about a 10 minute walk) and bought our own food for the mornings. The location was great. It is within reasonable walking distance to everything. The location was definitely the highlight. Good dining nearby. The only negative take away from this hotel is that the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable (room 5) and the pillows were flat. It should be replaced. Also, we didn't get the room that was shown (picture) on the website. It was still a deluxe room however, it just wasn't what I thought we were getting. Again, the pictures we were shown in the booking was not what we got. Misleading and could eventually ruin the reputation of what we thought was an overall good hotel. (Please fix the pull out bed)
