They did not clean the room, even when i asked to clean the room at night there wan nobody to do it. 4 star hotel??

Don't know where the 4 stars come from
Friendly efficient check-in. The room was pleasant and the shower was good and hot. Unfortunately the whole experience was let down by breakfast. The place didn't look too clean and the cutlery certainly wasn't, the scrambled eggs looked as though they had been made up from powder but had some strange little brown bits. The kiwi fruit I had was tasteless and the rest of the offering was poor. To add to this the cleaner was resetting tables and dragging them and chairs across the tiled floor, and bit like having breakfast accompanied by a pneumatic drill. It was almost as though reception and breakfast were two different places.

Modern roadside hotel close to the airport.
Nice place. Very friendly staff. Always happy to great you. Room very clean and a had a modern TV with English channels. Good breakfast with a super range of foods. Would have been nice if there was a toaster but hey there probably isn't room. Good Wi-Fi connection. Easy parking right next to the door.

Convenient if you're flying in/out of Malpensa
We stayed at La Selva for one night before flying out of Malpensa airport the next day, we checked in around 10:30pm was smooth and easy, my partner was leaving before 6am so we asked for a hotel transfer but this wasn't available as the guy was sick so he had to take a taxi for double the cost. The hotel was comfortable a convenient place to stay before flying out with free parking. Breakfast is included and was fine, a few hot options and everything else you'd find on a continental spread.

Poor customer service
Stayed before with no problem but unfortunately this time they let us down. Although they advertise a restaurant it was fully booked for a conference. The management knew about this several months ago but didn't advise us. As the hotel is very remote we had to book a taxi to get us to a restaurant at considerable expence. Not impressed at all. The conference group were also very noisy later on. Be warned
