Super friendly staff, top location close to bar, rstaurants, grocery markets. 15 euro from airport with Taxi. Breakfast buffet is excellent
Ok, hotel quality for the price. But location close to the park is sensational. The bar breakfast can be skipped, many superb options around the corner.
Good for the Price! Clean, city center but double bed as king is the only!
Good hotel. I has what you need on a bussiness trip
The hotel needs good mgmt. The bar/coffee shop is out of ingredients daily, food is very limited and has a lot to be desired. Bartenders and servers, although very nice, are inexperienced. There is no restaurant, it's closed to the public, the pool was closed and no spas services. There is no porter service. The rooms are small, the bar/refrigerator does not offer anything other than two bottles of water (complimentary), the shower area is not fully enclosed, there is no bathtub, not all the lighting bulbs are working (even after reporting), parking is difficult or not offered, cold attitude by staff, management is not accommodating and seemingly careless of their flaws. No tours or expeditions are available, no suggestions or promotions are offered. Location is good, views from rooms are great. Place is clean, beds are comfortable. However, the rating should not be more than 2.5 stars. It's not a welcoming hotel.
Fingers crossed the garage has empty space for you ;) Everything was great
Upgrade the room and asked for a bath tub Didn’t get one Went half board, never again! Evening meal was soup or salad Spaghetti, chicken with rice or fish with veg Dessert was fruits or ice cream It would have been cheaper to go room only and have access to the full menu We weren’t even offered a drink, just a bottle of water on the table Breakfast was OK but nothing special A good place to stay just don’t bother eating at the hotel The water pressure in the shower was very low unless you had it very hot We booked a balcony but it was nothing like the ones in the photos
First time in Santa Cruz Tenerife, really enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the friendliness of all staff, only caveat is that some staff couldn’t understand English and it was difficult trying to communicate things, but the overall winner and stand out moment was meeting Juan Carlo, the gorgeous lifeguard and Cristian who served me wonderfully in the bar! The views were stunning from my suite!
Lovely staff who spoke amazing English and were so patient with us when we wanted to speak Spanish to them- so perfectly polite
Good: clean Bad: location, service, rooms, fares, facilities and common areas look from 50 years ago - don't trust the photos. I booked the cheapest room. When I arrived I realised it was tiny, had a sofa bed and a bathroom size window facing an interior ugly patio with no light. I asked in the reception for a double and exterior room; had to pay extra. Service was slow and didn't know how to change my room. The new room was exterior and double, but facing a small street with a small window again. The window was old and didn't work, there was a loud bar downstairs in the street and I could not sleep until 3am. Overall, I recommend choosing one of the other big hotels in the city, they have lower fares and are newer.
