Tanya and Ricardo were excellent. The room was very nice but confining particularly the bathroom but very nice. Our suggestion would be to remove the computer since most people have laptops or can use the 1 downstairs in the lobby and provide an additional table to place luggage. Although we did not use the coffee maker in the room it is a very nice compliment to the room as well as the complimentary wine. The lobby coffee machine is a very nice touch. The location is excellent except of course the limited access due to construction but that is minor in the scope of things. We look forward to returning in the future and will possibly consider a suite depending on price and availability. Brown's restaurant is very nice, great personnel, very helpful and the breakfast buffet inviting and reasonable (10 euros per person.)

Great location, great staff
Just stayed overnight and caught a plane early the next morning. Staff was very nice and friendly. Bed was great. Really nice sheets. Bathroom small with no tub but fine. Funky decor which was fun. Location - right in the middle of shopping district with lots of restaurants nearby.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Lisbon
The hotel is great and the service excellent. The room is impressive, with iPad and dock, as well as stove top, coffee machine, free coffee downstairs, great Internet. The only two problems are the lack of a fridge and the fact that the space between the bathroom and the shower door is really tight, it would be difficult for someone bigger to get any privacy. But the location is excellent, right outside a big station and near everything you need to see in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I've been to Lisbon many times, and this is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in there.

hotel staff was amazing, went above and beyond for us, it was quiet and staffed 24 hours a day, made me feel like home in a foreign city, desk was always great with directions and advice, clean hotel room and good tv, no breakfast, that was the only downfall

great place/ not very good service unfortunately
It was very comfortable at the hotel. The staff at the hotel was helpful, but did not necessarily go out of their way to help more than necessary. Their restaurant recommendations were very bad. The Brown's Bistro, where breakfast was served, was not very welcoming. The morning staff was pleasant. But the afternoon staff was unwelcoming, not very helpful and plain rude most of the time. I was even scolded by one of the server because in his view I had ordered the water he brought, even when I had made it very clear I wanted water without carbonation. A shame because it is a very cute place to relax.
