Real gem when no parliament sitting
Decorated classy, so much room to move, quiet, open doors to Juliet balcony, free wifi & under ground parking. Real gem when no parliament sitting.

Great for Comfort, Relaxation and Style
Wonderful staff wonderful room - breakfast was a bit bland in the hotel but the sister hotel across the road had more options. It was a great place to forget about work for the evening. Enjoyed the restaurants for dinners

Tired it once, but won't be back.
Ever entered a hotel room and wondered "What were they thinking when they designed this"? It's like I was walking into the 'soft opening' of a hotel. The room was completely devoid of any charcter. Modern, but terribly bland furniture, with absolutely nothing on the walls. It looked bizarre and was so devoid of atmosphere and comfort that I preferred to be outside the room on the balcony looking away from the room. The temperature in the rooms was either freezing or stifling. The air conditioning unit made up its own mind several times during the night. Two nights of terrible sleep for both of us. The only good thing I can say was that the breakfast terrace on the roof was pleasant in the morning sun. But the hotel felt cold and calculated. Get a Feng Shui master in to zhoosh up the energy or put some bloody colour and pictures on the walls of the rooms.

Spacious but needs some TLC
The appartment was spacious and well laid out but it needed a good clean, not just a surface clean. We also had a few items that needed repair and in the four weeks we were there the issues were not resolved. Overall, it seemed that the hotel staff were unsure of the workings of the long term appartments.

Once cool but needs work.
Despite being very hip when it opened it is sad to see the designer elements let down by poor maintenance and cleaning. The dining chairs in the apartment were particularly bad with stains all over them. I even hesitated sitting on them. Perhaps there is a reason for using highly patterned textiles.
