The hotel is good, may be good for people who like diving, I did not like it so much, in the room there was no telephone to communicate with front desk or room service. There was no ice in the room, for every thing you need or want, you have to go down by stairs and I do no like to go by stairs. The staff was nice, helpfully and friendly.

not as advertised
Not as advertised, given a small dorm type room. No coffee, no fridge, one chair. The location was good. Make sure you get what they stated before booking this place. We very very cramped and uncomfortable on this vacation.

Spacious Rooms!
Great place to stay for diving and snorkeling. The snorkeling is great just off the hotel. The hotel bar has cold drinks and a good atmosphere.

Jan 2015 Vacation
It has beach access and a pool which in Bonaire is hard to find. For hotel guests beach lounge chairs and day beds are free and there are plenty to choose from. As far as service goes, it's hit or miss. The folks at Caribe Water Sports were incredibly helpful and personable - they're essentially your activity concierge for the island. Whereas some of the front desk folks weren't as friendly as you might expect. Also, there was an incident of theft from our room. $80 cash stolen from my friends suitcase. They provide safes in the rooms but it's unfortunate that it was an issue non the less. The rooms were cleaned daily and there is hot water for showers (another luxury apparently) but the floors are tile throughout and never appeared to be mopped thoroughly - always felt a little grimey. But who spends that much time in their hotel room on vacation anyway?! While Eden Spice Club restaurant (attached to hotel) gets great reviews, their food really wasn't that delicious, especially for the price....

Glad I used points & didn't pay much
The hotel & restaurant staff were very friendly, but that is the best that I can say about this stay. We were staying one night until our condo became available. The room was very small, air conditioner was loud, bed was very hard, bathroom toilet leaked at the floor, and the shower head spit water. I would definitely not recommend these rooms for anyone. The restaurant served a great dinner (mixed grill with steak, shrimp, & chicken). The food and the waitstaff were excellent. I would definitely recommend them for dinner. Do not go there for breakfast. An expensive buffet that consisted of scrambled eggs, greasy bacon and an assortment of muesli. You had to ask for silverware, glasses for the juice, and an hour before before the breakfast service was over, they were running low on everything. I understand it is a remote island, but they should have planned better since they are billing themselves as an inclusive resort.
