Stay somewhere else
It was my only option as everything else was booked full. Breakfast was good and service was friendly but the rooms need a major upgrade.

Great place near the airport.
It is a beautiful "finca", the staff friendly and helpful. The only problem was the parrot that thought he was a rooster at 4:30 AM.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in
Our stay there was a disaster. We got in after midnight and a few minutes after we got there we asked to be changed to another room because the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. Our neighbors were drunk and singing "rancheros". The only room they had was an smaller room, at least it was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. I called Hotels.com and booked another hotel in Medellin. Upon awaking I informed the hotel that we would be moving to another hotel. The room had no TV service and you had to walk to the lobby to connect to the internet. Breakfast was ok if you liked what they served you which was scrambled eggs, arepa, and cheese; there was nothing else to choose from. When I checked out early they charged me for the full stay, there was no reduction for the early departure or the fact that they had degraded me to an inferior room. I contacted Hotels.com after I came back and they contacted the hotel as well, they stuck to their guns and refused to credit me any of my money back. As other reviewers mentioned I was charmed by the beautiful photos and although I saw a couple of bad reviews I didn't let that dissuade me because overall it seemed to have good overall rating of 3 stars. After I got back upon further inspection I realized that most of the ratings are 1 star, they must have rigged a few 5 star ratings to bump up their average.
