Pleasant but unusual place.
Price was good and I stayed for only one night, which was perfectly pleasant. Without GPS, the place would be hard to find because there's no hotel sign on the main street (Spadina Ave.). Check-in desk is a little table under a staircase. Bed is in the middle of the room, Desk and ironing board are small. Breakfast buffet costs extra and consists of a few pieces of fruit, a few pastries, and three types of cereal, and must be paid in cash rather than added to bill.

Adorable rustic feeling but their decor and accommodations are all super modern. Bathroom was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Location is also terrific!

Really shoddy hotel. Good location. Pictures are not representative of rooms. Very run down and built in a rush.

Location and Luxury
The staff was awesome and we got a free upgrade without knowing it. The staffing hours are different then you would expect from a hotel but it works out and we didn't be have any issues. There are a few different municipal parking structures near by and you can't beat the public transport job throughout the city. We would definitely stay there again!
