To our disatisfaction, we gave the hotel a chance.
We thought we would give this local hotel a chance since we are visiting family on the same side of the island, but have been quite disappointed. The beds are old style Japanese, which means you sleep on a very hard mattress (like a box spring). They brought an "extra pad" for the beds, but it isn't even noticeable and is painful to sleep on if you're used to an American mattress. The hotel restaurant also has signs that if you dont make a reservation the restaurant could be closed....so we dont have a place to trust we can eat at either. Breakfast or dinner. We paid in full up front using hotels.com thinking that would be appreciated but there is no cancellation policy either. We want to modify our reservation so we can stay with family and not drive 20min back and forth across the island but they wont let us. Highly disappointed. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone...its not a bad room, it has cable, it has free wifi, but it's also an unsecured wifi network. The poor mattresses, need for a restaurant reservation, and lack of a cancellation policy make this a very dissatisfied hotel stay. I feel let down that I cant get out of my stay after paying up front and taking a chance with both the hotel and hotels.com.

Haunted?
It was like “The Shining”. The hotel seems to be essentially closed. I never saw evidence of another guest and all the restaurants/services were closed.

Nice & quite stay....only issue was it's about a 25 min cab ride away from the town. So that's about a $30-$35 cab ride (671) 777-8282......others were charging $50

Nice clean resort at a quiet location
The resort seems old but it is well maintained. The room is spacious and clean. Loved the quiet location and close to the beutiful Ritidian Beach, a definite place to go in Guam. Only a few people on the golf course. Overall, very satisfied and would stay here again.

terrible place. Really past its days and everything is breaking down, dirty, stained except for the bathroom that was actually very good. Weird. The beds are bad, small and very tough. In the Reception at night was a weird middle aged Japanese guy, extremely unfriendly. In the morning a lady was there that was much nicer.
