Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. E bike rental at the hotel, good restaurant on location, roof top pool just for taking pictures, and they even sell fireworks you can shoot off at the front desk!

Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big, clean, and came with a massage chair plus a great mountain view. Breakfast was mainly Chinese themed with limited options but totally fine. It’s not right in town, but getting a Didi (Uber equivalent) anywhere in Yangshuo is quick and easy. The place has lots of fun extras like kids’ play area, small animal corner, as well cat fishes and koi fishes, you can feed, and a rooftop pool that is specifically for photos. They offer a one-time complimentary photoshoot with costumes if you want, the photographer, Xiaowei, was amazing, it rained during our shoot and he offered to shoot again for free once the weather was better. There is a ground floor swimming pool which is more for kids to paddle bamboo raft than actual swimming, so just manage expectations. Also there are a lot of mosquitos to bring mosquito repellent. What truly makes the stay special is the staff. They’re warm, proactive, super helpful with planning and translations, and always checking in to make sure you’re sorted. Interacted a lot with Miss He and Miss Lin at the front desk and they were superstars but all the hotel staff we interacted with were superstars. Honestly, they’re the reason it feels like a 10/10 stay.

We left the hotel the next morning. The only one elevator broke and we were on the 5th floor. My wife is handicap and this was the final straw that bre my tolerance. No staff spoke English, no cofee for breakfast, no silverware, food was awefall. Pictures looked great, the property is ran down, in a bad area. Ah,tge toilet stopped workung after one flash, no tv, a projection screen hard to see during the day and local chinese channels only.

Pour retrouver l'hôtel il faudrait mettre Yangshuo Shanxunxue Scenic Hotel sur la carte et non pas le nom écrit sur hôtels.com J'enlève une étoile car un oiseau accroché à la pâte reste tout le temps sur une branche devant l'hôtel et je trouve cela horrible.le respect des animaux c'est pas encore cela en Chine. Sinon l'hôtel est superbe. La grande piscine qui 'e sert qu'aux européens car les chinois ne l'utilisent pas (peur de soleil?). Donc on y était que nous deux. C'était top. La vue est magnifique. Sur le toit un endroit pour faire de jolies photos surtout au coucher du soleil. Peti déjeuner est surtout chinois, mais c'est souvent dans les hôtels là bas et il faut être prêt de ne pas avoir votre café le matin. Le personnel est sympathique, mais le chef d'entretien devrait faire mieux je trouve. Quelques taches jaunes au plafond de la chambre 507, problème avec le fauteuil massant pas résolu (cependant il peut quand même être utilisé), mes bords de la piscine mal nettoyés. A part la piscine vous avez le billard, le ping-pong, le coin de jeux pour les enfants, la location de scooters électriques (environ 5€ pour une demi journée). Les machines à laver et sèche linge sont un atout car il fait très chaud et humide dans la région. On peut emprunter des habits traditionnels et avoir des photos gratuitement, mais le maquillage coûtera environ 15€. En tout cas je conseille cet établissement, si on ne regarde pas ce pauvre oiseau à l'entrée.

O quarto era muito bom, cama confortável, chuveiros fortes e amplos. O sanitário era meio estranho e me causava dormência nas pernas. Os funcionários não falavam bem ingles, mas não tinham problemas em tentar achar meios de conversarmos. A vista para a montanha era o ponto alto, além da cadeira de massagem no quarto, que após um dia caminhando, eram um abraço de conforto. Único ponto negativo é que havia um brejo nos fundos do hotel, o que acho que atraia muitas moscas para a área de café da manhã. E que atenção, neste hotel não tem opção ocidental, então se você não se habituar as refeições de lá, pode não compensar incluir o café na estadia.
