Exceptional 10.0
The best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Nothing bad. All good. Better than good really. washer/dryer in room was so convenient. I didn’t use kitchenette area, but it would be perfect for anybody. Everything was clean and the room had plenty of space. Everytime I needed something for my stay to be more comfortable, I either found it in the room or the front desk provided it. Really awesome location too! Tons of stuff going on around it and close to metro. I love this place and will always stay here when coming back to this area!

Good stay. Of all the hotels in this price range, it was by far the biggest. Great location. Plus a washer/dryer.

Excellent hotel only one downside
This was my third time staying at this hotel. I love everything about it! Perfect location in Asakusa area with a 24 duty free mall down the street. The room has everything you will need. And the price is unbeatable for Tokyo. The only complaint I have is on the check in time which is strictly enforced at 3pm. For overnight international flights travelers often arrive at the hotel early morning. I believe the hotel should allow early check in if the room is available and the guest is staying for a long duration ie 4 nights above. I have requested early check in on every visit, three times now and was always told to come back at 3pm or pay additional money. As a very loyal guest I think the hotel can at least try to be a little bit more flexible especially when it’s raining outside.

Definitely a good place, tough to find for me
To start, I was on a 20 hour layover from NArita airport when I got this hotel. I was very impressed with the facility and I chose the larger and more private room, because I don’t share well and didnt want to Ben underwhelmed. Was very happy to pay the 40 extra dollars for that for the night. The areas that I wasn’t necessarily happy was that their staff left at 9pm from the front desk and I was not able able arrived until 10pm. I was greeted by the security guy and they had a welcome pack together for me but kind of had to figure most everything out on my own and the security guy did not speak much english so it made it difficult but definitely manageable. It was difficult to find the hotel and it was not well marked and since I did not have WiFi to have walking directions I had to ask to complete strangers to walk me to the door that I just found on the street. The area around the hotel was decent but a few streets away I saw homeless people in boxes sleeping and people peeing in the street so I was a little taken aback by that but I did not feel unsafe being alone and there were police walking around as well so I was not overly concerned. Not much open late either if that is helpful. Overall I was very pleased and they did what thy could to accommodate me and my needs. Would definitely stay again.
