Private bath?
I booked a room with a private bath and found I had a room with 4 other rooms and a common area. There were 2 baths and since I booked a room with a private bath - 1 of the bathrooms was reserved for me. However, you did have to walk through the common area to get to it - not as private and I thought it would be.

Fantastic service and all is great, except the bed
The front desk attendant arrived promptly at noon and was fantastic. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great. Close to a train stop and bus 64 line, a quick walk to St Peters Square and the Vatican, and a couple blocks away from a 24 hour supermarket. The downside was that they forgot to put sheets on one of our beds. That same bed (smaller of the two beds in room 3) is extremely lop-sided. My mom couldn't fall asleep for over 3 hrs because she felt like she was going to roll off the bed. I traded beds as I fall asleep almost anywhere. Turns out I also don't fall asleep on lop-sided beds that make you feel like you will roll onto the floor if you fall asleep. I ended up sharing a bed with my mom. So while that small bed in room 3 totally sucks, everything else was really great. Hot water with good water pressure, shared refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen too. Kick that bed to the curb and you'll have 5 stars across the board.

The location is convenient to the airport (local train with only one transfer for 8 Euros) and very close to the Vatican- but a long walk to most other sites in Rome. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. There was a kitchen down the hall with refrigerator storage and coffee maker. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not always available. breakfast was not included. Overall, we would rate it at 4+, if you don't mind lots of walking to major tourist sites, and the cost was lower than in Rome center.

Stay was good. The host was very customer oriented. He told me all the precaution to take in Rome. However, I did not like that free breakfast was at a different location. The room I was in need a little paint job.

Good B&B if you can get it for under $40 US a nigh
Only there for the bed and shower, of course just like many other B&B you have to share the bathroom, but this is typical in Europe, not near where most tourist attractions are located, except to the vatican, thays within walking distance, however most other places are easy to get to since the bus station is only around the corner from the B&B, and therefore you can get to Plaza Venezia within 20-25 mins (by bus) and to Rome Termini in about 30 to 35 mins without having to transfer buses in both case (the downside of that particular bus routes is that stops at midnight); The breakfast is about a block away at a local cafeteria and it consist of a croissant and a coffee, that's it, Overall I had a good experience, and for under $40 us a night I think is a good option
