Nice place
Not a hotel but an apartment for independent travel. Perfect location close to the metro and teams. Veronica at the reception was very helpful in giving us ideas about what to see in a very short stay.

Nice apartment and neighborhood but poor service
I was in Milan for a conference and chose this apartment hotel because I needed space to do some work. The building and neighborhood was nice. The room seemed newly renovated and was comfortable. My complaints are that I did not get the room that I had payed for. I had payed for a room with a separate kitchen, but when I checked in I was told that they did not have a room that size available and asked if the smaller room was ok and as compensation I would be given a coffee machine in the room. This was on Friday morning, so my apartment was not ready yet. I was given the keys and left my bag and went to my conference. I came back on Friday evening discovering that I had not been given a coffee machine. The following two days that I stayed there was Saturday and Sunday. I did not see anyone working during those days so I had no way of of complaining. My second complaint is that the cleanliness was not satisfactory. There were dirty cups in cupboard when I came and the cleaning of the room was very limited. I could see that someone had been in the room because the towel was folded but except from that nothing else had been done. The bed was not even made.

First time in Milan and excellent alternative to the usual expensive hotels in the area. Location is near Porta Romana metro station and convenient to stores and restaurants. Very quiet residential area.

Hours are not accurate.
I just want to warn everybody that the hours listed are not accurate. We showed up at 15:00 and nobody was there to check us in. We are from out of the country and had no way of contacting the business since we did not have an international phone plan. We waited for almost an hour before we decided to try and find someone who would let us use their phone to call. A couple hours after arriving we finally got a hold of someone to let us in. When I tried to explain the situation and how we had been waiting the girl lectured me on how "people usually call to be let in" and how she is not there all the time. She didn't understand that we didn't have a phone to call. I explained that all she has to do is update the information on so I could have known and would have booked elsewhere. I was particularly cautious not to book places with limited hours due to our situation. The hours on say they are in the office from 8:00-19:00 and it's not fair to wait 2 hours to be let in. Anyways after all that we were let into the room. It was an amazing place I would recommend staying there but just be cautious about the hours.

We will stay again :-)
Lovely apartment, quiet area close to supermarket and walking distance to Porta Romana metro station. 5 to 10 minutes walk to a number of vegan and vegetarian restaurants (e.g Bio Bistro). Fantastic welcome and checkin by Veronica. We will stay again.
