My stay was horrible. The room was filthy and very unacceptable. I will never stay there again. There was a used condom in the window. The towels had particles on them and the chair in the room had white residue all over it. We were offered to either stay in the same room or “upgrade” to a king size room and they’ll throw in a cot for one of us to sleep on. Obviously we weren’t going to stay in the disgusting room that I originally booked so we decided to take the other option with 4 breakfast vouchers. Although the hotel managers tried to accommodate us, what my friends and I experienced on my birthday celebration was very unacceptable. I was promised a phone call from a manager on Sunday (1/6/18) the day we checked out but have yet to hear from anyone.

    Rude staff, loud music
Do not stay here if you aren't a club going 25 year old. The hotel has a nightclub in it and they basically take over when it is open. The nightclub staff guard the elevators, make customers wait in lines to go up, curse you out. It was awful, there were drunk kids throwing up on the elevators. I called the front desk about it and was basically told "they don't work for us." Avoid this place if you're in town for business or with your significant other.

Not very clean and not a comfortable stay
I understand New Years Eve is a busy night but the noise that I heard from outside my room was obsurd. Glass breaking and people screaming till 5:30 in the morning. Also the room was not very clean and the white leather couch had stains all over it and the windows and mirrors were dirty. I have stayed that the dream many times and this is by far the worst stay. I’ll be taking my business to The Standard. The hold for a basic room was $300 dollars while in the past it was $150. Not that big of a deal but for such a small room and short stay it’s silly.

    Not for families.
Modern feel. Rooms were a bit worn. Bed was not terribly comfortable. Walls wee incredibly thin. Could hear the club music all night long.

    A loud Hotel
I was on the 10th floor, 2 floors below the rooftop club, and all i heard all night was club music, until 2am on Sunday and 4 am on Monday. On Monday morning after my first sleepless night I requested that my room be moved to a lower floor. The man at the front desk told me that the club had closed at 12 and so it must have just been a loud neighbor that I had and I should have called the front desk so they could have investigated. He assured me that I was far enough away from the club that I wouldn't hear the music, and so I didn't change rooms. Turns out it was the music from the club, and the second night was even worse because I could hear the music until 4 am. It is EDM and house music btw, which has the same bass beat over and over again. I could feel the bed vibrating. It was miserable. Also, the elevator button for the 10th floor is broken, and i had to sit in the elevator for several minutes trying to get it to work. And there were about 10 empty glasses left outside of my room from the prior guest when i arrived. And the robes aren't plush, they're just like the scratchy towels. The bed was comfortable, despite not being able to sleep while in it. I will not be staying here again. Nor would i recommend the hotel to anyone who has anything other than clubbing all night on their agenda.
