A great Stay
The location and excellent staff combine to make this an excellent choice of hotel for the comfort/budget conscious traveler. It was clean, breakfast was great, location is perfect but the shining light is the helpful, friendly staff. Happy to help out with bookings, transfers, tours .

Nice, modern and clean rooms, staff is verry helpfull and kind. Breakfast is, verry good and has enough choice from a buffet and menu. Deffinitley would reccomend for your stay in vietnam to enjoy Hanoi!

we stayed for 1 night in Splendid Holiday Hotel. at first we were given a room on the 9th floor which has weak WiFi coverage so we requested to change. we got a room in the 6th floor, and everything was ok. room was clean, bed was comfortable. breakfast got limited food choices. reception was very helpful. location is convenient. overall, a good stay for 1 night.
