O quarto estava abaixo da média, o guarda-roupa despencou quando colocamos a mala, os metais do banheiro meio enferrujados, aparência não muito bonita. O atendimento do pessoal foi agradável, na minha visão falta um pouco de profissionalismo, os atendentes da recepção sem uniforme, de moletom… era todos simpáticos mas no hotel como um todo falta a aparência de hotel, parece mais uma grande casa de família.

O hotel continua legal... Pena o day use com crianças comendo cheetos na area da piscina interna e limpando a mão na água... As refeições eram ok pena que não tinham muita variedade.... A suzi que me salvou com algo que não rstava no buffet. Tb estava em obras mas não chegou a incomodar. De maneira geral o hotel é muito agradável e bonito os quartos são bons e confortáveis....

O Hotel é bacana, os quartos são bons, as camas são confortáveis, a vista, tanto do quarto, quanto das sacadas comuns é um show a parte, o hotel fica entre montanhas e um vale com vista para a represa do Capivari. As refeições são bem variadas com opções para todos os gostos, a equipe do restaurante foi muito atenciosa, nos atenderam com esmero pois minha esposa possui algumas restrições alimentares, a equipe não mediu esforços para preparar alimentos que atendessem a necessidade dela.
