Excellent Location
The hotel's location is superb. Walking distance to the train station and the tram line are short, and there are plenty of convenience stores around. The breakfast was western and simple; one frankly does not need more than that. One concern is security. Anyone can access the lift on the 1st floor (road level) although check in and the lobby are on the 2nd floor. So an outsider can directly access any floor and room thereafter without being stopped, notwithstanding that CCTVs would pick up his/her movements.

Convenient location and clean budget hotel
It is not a luxury hotel so we didn't have any big expectations. Very small room and tiny bathroom. However, it is very clean and The location is very convenient. The room got very hot at some point but we guess we turned on what they call AC which might actually have been a heater? We are not really sure. The breakfast is simple but they have freshly baked pastry and bread. We enjoyed it.

Usual Japanese hotel
It is a typical Japanese hotel. It offers a water boiler, a fridge, centralized lights control, washlet toilet, good Wi-Fi, etc. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to the Okayama station for local and Shinkansen trains. Breakfast starts at 6:30. My room had views to the main street.
