We loved our room.
The hotel is really pretty and our room was very nice. The details weren’t perfect, some cobwebs in the lamp & a little peeling paint, but still a beautiful suite for the price. The front desk people were borderline rude. We checked in at 6:30 and were told that they “had been waiting” for us, and not in the good way. We felt like we were inconveniencing them in some way ... like we were late because we didn’t get there at 3:00. Checkout was not much more pleasant. Overall a good experience, and the room was so nice that we would stay again inspite of the front desk agents.

Boutique hotel
Beautiful hotel. Check in staff was very friendly. Very little parking for such a large number of rooms. We had difficulty with 2 sets of key cards. They would not open the room door. With only 1 person working at the desk, it left us sitting in the hall while the key situation was dealt with. After testing 2 sets of keys, the staff came up to try her key and found we were truthful about the situation. It took over an hour to be switched to another room and for exhausted travelers, this wasn't good. The room was nicely decorated. It had a Kuerig coffee maker but we did not find any coffee pods to use with it. A small cafe connected to the hotel provided an easy access to a great meal. However, the woman seated us and then came back to say she may not be able to serve us (this was 8:10pm and it closed at 9pm) because her boss might need a ride. She left for a few minutes and returned to say it was okay and we could order. I thought that a bit strange. The food was very good. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. They do not serve breakfast and as I stated before there were no coffee pods to make coffee in the morning. The check out staff didn't ask about our stay and without raising his head wished me a nice trip. There was only 1 person when we checked in and 1 person and a maintenance person in the morning. I think they need more staff during check in so staff doesn't have to put off taking care of someone who already has a room but is having a problem with it.
