Wish it were better!
This was nosiest, most disruptive stay I've ever had at a Hampton Inn. Had to call the front desk in the middle of the night twice d/t loud party that turned into a fight on our floor. We barely got any sleep! On the positive side, the breakfast room leader did an excellent job! She was patient, courteous and professional.

The room was spacious,clean and while some furniture showed a bit of wear, we really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the breakfast staff The room was kept very clean, the food was good and plentiful and when the coffee urn emptied, it was replaced in minutes Finally the reception staff and cleaning staff was very pleasant and always pleasantly greeted guests Yep would stay here again.

The heat was not working. Upon contacting the hotel management l was told they would give us additional blankets. My daughter was suffering with a cold. I have rheumatoid arthritis and can’t handle, cold temperatures. Finally in the middle of the night, the management assigned us another room. I had to wake up my daughter and move to the new room without any assistance from the hotel. I asked for help but I didn’t. A horrible beginning of my Thanksgiving holiday. I I was placed in a very unhealthy situation. I would hope in the future that no other guess would have this terrible experience at this hotel. Since I paid in advance I was offered no financial relief.
