Please make sure gets to Ramada to Top Management
I had not offered upgrade and got stocked in a small over paid room when I complained to I immediately got a response from manager of hotel excusing them self by saying there was no upgrade available due to overbooking and offered a free brake fast for next day one time (Still was nice that they actually had responded to complain) but the rest of the stay the room never felt clean, there was no minibar, not one complementary bottle of water, towels where old, pillows uncomfortable and there was no bidet in the bathroom; to top it all the have free airport shuttle announced in the page !!! Never ever have I received a one way free treat if is free from airport to hotel then is free back from hotel to airport well they took 7.50 € per person x 2 this is € 15 never have I though receiving such treatment from a well known brand Ramada Hotel but that was what I got on this trip... I really thank for your serious concern and your fast response to all travelers need I am definitely satisfied with your service!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were well presented and the beds very comfortable. However we felt like four star was a bit of a reach as there were a number of small things that didn't make it feel like the four star hotel we were expecting. First of all the hotel shuttle (a hotel shuttle available was a large part of our selection) was only a mini bus and we could not fit in the van so we had to take a taxi which striped us up 38 euro, the driver was also very rude and did not offer to help us out with other travel options. However the staff at the hotel fixed us up with a free return shuttle at the end of the stay. Another small thing like the little signs all over the room insisting if we need anything at all to please dial 9 on the room phone and staff would be happy to help, however on doing so, we were told to 'just come down to the desk' anyway so bit pointless calling them. These coupled with the appallingly cheap and nasty toilet paper, and even the sticker being left on a cheap bin in the bathroom (shouldn't matter but I noticed it!) and the bathroom needed a little more attention in the cleaning department, toothpaste spattered on the walls and grime in the corners of the bathroom. Despite these things we would stay again as the value for money was excellent, the city was easily accessed by a tram metres away from the hotel and the staff were very pleasant. Fabulous 3 star, a reach as a 4 star.

Nice hotel, some rude staff.
Walk through the park to the up and coming area with some nice restaurants and good clubs. Hotel itself was nice but cleaning staff were rude to me at exit, not sure why as my room was tidy and I was polite to them. Other staff were very nice but cleaning staff kept banging on my door even when do not disturb was on.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The have a large parking garage under the hotel, and there is a tram stop behind the hotel that will take you straight into the city. We would happily stay there again if we went back to Amsterdam.
