2 out of 10 PoorNot a 4 star hotel. Definitely the hotel is no longer at the 4 star level. The rooms are very poorly maintaned, breakfast choises has been dropped from my last visit. Dishes at the bufet were dirty. There is only one reason to stay in this hotel, the proximity to the harbor and my area of interest business wise.

6 out of 10 GoodThis property is super well located. It's right downtown with tons of restaurants and shops around as well as the port. The staff was very kind. The room was OK. The blinds didn't block out light, the beds were uncomfortable, and they do that thing where you need your key in the slot for the power to work so you can't charge things when you're out. Other than that it was fine. There was AC and it worked well, and there's an elevator. All in all, it was a reasonable value for the price.
