One night only
Great location for a one night close to the airport. I called from the airport as agreed and they came to pick me up in around 10 minutes from my call... great service!

Worth it for the free airport shuttle
It is worth staying here just to avoid the costly transport fees in and out of downtown if you will be flying out of Ezeiza. The private airport shuttle is very convenient, with less than 10 minute travel time. This is really a place you go in between flights out of Ezeiza. Don't stay here if you are trying to actually see Buenos Aires. It has an in-house restaurant, so you can have some dinner, free wifi of questionable reliability (best closer to lobby), and a poor, but standard Argentinian breakfast of cereal, toast, coffee and juice. Rooms are highly outdated, but there is air conditioning. Also a pool families were enjoying.

Too expensive for what you get
I stayed for one night to be close to the international airport. It's very convenient for that. It's super expensive for what it is. The free airport shuttle (which is not really free because the rooms are so expensive) is the best thing about the hotel. My room was full of mosquitoes when I checked in at 10pm. They had left the windows open so it was hardly surprising. The guy gave me a can of insect repellant, so I slept with those fumes in the air rather than risk being bitten (I get allergic reaction to mozzies). The free breakfast is a sugar lover's dream. Sugar-coated Frosties, sugary yoghurt (in fairness, it's difficult to find any other kind in Argentina), sugary croissants, and sugary juice. I just had coffee and bought my own breakfast at the airport.

Customer service?
I am a college student and was traveling from the U.S. by myself. I needed one room night at a hotel near the airport so I could meet my college program colleagues back at the airport the next day. I was assured that all I needed to do was to call the hotel and request their free shuttle to come pick me up. Exhausted and alone, having traveled for 14 hours and gone through customs, I called as directed - and neither hotel phone number worked. I took a taxi for the one-minute ride to the hotel and was charged $30 by a driver who tried to grab my wallet and see how much money I had! When I told the hotel manager what happened, he denied that the hotel phones were out of order. I had to firmly press my case with him in order to get a refund for the $30 cab ride rip-off I experienced. I am glad he did refund my money but it was a pretty negative introduction to this beautiful country. Next time, Holiday Inn.
