UK visit
The accommodation was good value ,new ,clean and comfortable . The restaurant food was excellent , the selection good . It correctly stated on the menu it would take up to 25 from ordering for the main course to be served. This is normal for freshly cooked food. The full English breakfast was also excellent ,freshly cooked and one of the best I have yet tasted .All in all a great place to stay.

BYOH Bring Your Own Heat
BYOH Bring Your Own Heater! Make sure you pack your extra thick socks and warm pajamas because the only warmth you are going to get at this place is from a portable heater. Having to use an ACTUAL real key reminded me of why most modern hotels use key cards. This "B&B" could certainly stand to do the same considering the separate buildings your having to drag your luggage in and out of. Juggling cases plus a huge key = forgetting the charm of a B&B. When we arrived back at the hotel in the evening my husband tried to speak with the girl at the reception... I say tried because it's difficult to have a dignified face conversation in the evening with reception as they keep the reception room locked up and so you have to shout back and fourth through a window to ask any questions. Also make sure you are out of your room at exactly at 10:00 AM because at 9:30 AM they were knocking on our room to clean. And nothing is more important then getting your guests out in a rush in the morning. Especially if you have a 3:00 PM checkin time...

Nice hotel
Only real complaint is the road at the back, if you room is on this side, there's only a hedge between it and your window. There wasn't much traffic, but every car was heard. The room was nice, the bed was great. It was too warm even with the heating off though, and with not being able to have the window open due to the road, the thick double duvet was entirely unneeded. Breakfast was nice, but having to order everything, including toast, from the kitchen was a bit awkward and not great if you're in a hurry.
