Negative stars.
Had no water and no power when we got there. Had to get another hotel. Apparently they had known this for a week and didn’t bother to let anyone know so customers could make different arrangements.

Pictures are misleading
I booked 2 rooms for our trip to the polar express. While the rooms smelled like they were recently cleaned and sheets smelled clean, the property was not in good shape. There was a toilet bowl brush on the outside window ledge, a car on stilts with someone changing a tire, trash bags overful outside, and random broken rick rack all over the property. My parents room had no handle to turn on the water in the shower, and the hot water took 3 min to get to my room. The pictures here are misleading and I wouldn't stay here again.

Bedding has crumbs all over and night stands were filthy,linnen from last stay was not removed,sink stopped up no towels no toilet paper,very very disappointed laast time it was good.Originally lady was out of town and took about 30 minutes for dsomeone to answer door bell,toilet paper and other stuff all over floor garbage cans not emptied from last customer and coffee pot has never been cleaned look like

Great place to stay
The seating area on the back was beautiful with the water right outside the back door of the room the bed and day bed were both soft the shower was amazing loved the shower head and the hot water the bathroom was big you had room to turn around. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. I would stay there again very nice and quiet great place to stay.
