Dated hotel, expensive for what it was. On the mountain opposite Dubrovnik, so a long walk, bus ride or drive. Average breakfast. Good parking, free and on-site with easy access. Good view, accept for the badly maintained buildings in front.

We loved it, its views and wonderful staff
This hotel has stunning views from many rooms and bar and restaurant. Likewise both the indoor and outdoor pools. We paid for B&B wanting to try local restaurants but decided to pay to eat in the bar late evening and restaurant last night. Bar food good but restaurant food for both breakfast and evening meal simply outstanding! The main negative was the hotel is very high above the harbour, about 500 steps down and up, down second time & taxi back the second. My wife said “Best £11 spent ever”. The staff, I saw in another review were praised as what made this hotel great, and we’d all concur with that. A hotel primary to enjoy for its fabulous views, pools, food and bar and above all staff. Avoid if intending to walk around the area and onto Dubrovnik.

This was a very clean property, nice large rooms. Friendly smiley staff and very helpful each and every one of them. Advised to use Uber to catch a cab from hotel to the old town which is waht we did. Brilliant services, nice pools - kids loved it
