I dislike that some of the rooms were facing other rooms, window to window, it made the room very dim and felt like there is lack ofnprivacy. However we were able to change to a room on a higher floor with a view of the mountains upon requesting, which was great. However in the first room, the safe lock was not working, the whole room looked dirty too.

This hotel is the worst. From the start the reception staff are rude and not helpful. The rooms are dirty, stained sheets and carpet. No wifi, no aircon. I could not stay and moved hotels
