Our stay was wonderful....the staff was very friendly and accommodating ...great location ....my only quarrel would be the tub\shower tiles wasn't as clean

It was OK
The room was not bad and the view was amazing, however. During check-in a non-smoking room was requested and I was told there were none available so I was forced to stay in a smoking room which left all my belongings smelling of cigarette smoke. And the hotel taxi also tried to over charge me for an airport ride, but I've been through Dubai plenty of times so I knew not to fall for that. Also the bed was very firm.
