Amazing service, clean, comfortable accomodations
A friend and I stayed in a room on the second floor over a weekend in February. Weather was chilly and rainy and the room was a bit cold (there was a small radiator provided) but extra blankets were provided. Service is amazing and the kitchen is beautiful - I wish I'd had a chance to actually use it. The ground floor rooms are beautifully painted with scenes of Lisbon. Bathrooms are clean and water is nice and hot. I heard that lower floor rooms facing the street can be noisy, but ours was very very quiet. Only downside was that there was no wifi in the room. There's a bus stop and the tram 28 stop right outside the door, which is great for getting to the major tourist sites. Would definitely stay again - it was worth much more than I paid for the room.

Great value!
We had a long layover, so only spent one night at the hostel. Based on our short stay, I would recommend Go Hostel Lisbon. It is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also a fairly short taxi ride from the airport, which was important for us.

First time staying in a hostel. best choice by far
My first experience staying in a hostel and I'm so glad that I chose Go Hostel. The staff were perfectly accommodating. They were hapoy To give directions and they called the taxi for us in the morning. We were traveling with a large surf bag loaded with boards and they let us store it in one of the staff closets so that it wouldn't take up all the room in our room. the bathrooms were very clean and the showers were nice. The garden is so beautiful, such a great place to enjoy a meal and take in the scents of the flowers all around. I just loved it.

Ehhhh
There was only one guy that stood out as exceptional. If you stay there, you'll know who instantly. Everyone else was a tad bit rude and cold. The room was freezing. We slept in coats. There was no heater. It seems like a hip place, but comfort and service sucked balls. Oh, and you must sit on lobby staircase for wifi whilst the curmudgeon "maids" tell you to not block the path for people who aren't coming down the stairs. But there was that ONE really nice guy.
