Cute, convenient downtown hotel
We stayed at the Inn on Randolph on the weekend of the Napa Marathon and Half Marathon. The hotel is perfectly located walkable to downtown but has the benefit of free, easy and safe parking overnight. We stayed in the Wilson room which was the perfect size for two people. The hotel lobby/reception was not staffed at all during our stay but getting in and out was easy with instructions provided beforehand, and we appreciated that our request for a late post-race breakfast was granted.

Elegant gem in downtown Napa
This is a gem within walking distance of downtown Napa. It's well-appointed and the attention to quality and detail is apparent. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented. My stay would have been even better if the weather had allowed me to use the private outdoor patio. Next time!

The location is good. The hotel is just ok. The room had enough space and welcome drink was a nice gesture. Limited space in the parking area. Unfortunately it is not value for money. The breakfast did not have any options and the food was very heavy. Actually we couldn’t eat it. Ot was not delivered on time either. Price vs services don’t match. There are way better hotels in the area for the same price range.

Such an amazing place!
I feel bad that I can’t give them more than a 10/10. This place is phenomenal. The bed was so comfy, and the service was fantastic. But that breakfast- I wish I could hire that chef! We stayed 6 nights, and breakfast was different (and delicious) every morning. If they have availability, this place is a must stay.

We were a bit disappointed in our stay. For the cost we were expecting a larger, nicer room. ,m The bathroom was small with little space for toiletries, etc. Same for the room...once we opened 2 suitcases, it didn't leave much space to move around. There was no blow dryer in the room and no one on site when I called. Property and patio area is nice, but they didn't have the patio cushions out, so not very inviting. I know due to COVID, services are limited, but overall we expected a much nicer room/experience for the price ($500/night).
