The location was incredible, within short walking distance to everything. The room was tidy and comfortable. Checking in and out however, was somewhat fusterating. The woman who ran the front desk was impolite, condescending, and overall just very unpleasant

Good central location with nice staff
I stayed one night for solo stopover, but would return again with more time. Lady at the front desk was really welcoming and helpful. Mattress was so comfortable. Waterfall shower was nice and hot. Location was really convenient to tour bus pick up spot. Amenities stay open late nearby.

Great Hotel, Convenient Location
Couldn't have been happier. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly--I greatly appreciated being able to check-in early. The location is great too, just around the corner from the Settlement House and an easy walk to the National Museum and other fascinating attractions.

So so experience
Our room was tiny. The street is loud. The staff is there... though not particularly friendly or helpful. Great location. But wouldn’t stay again.
