Carrmoor Guest House, Carrbridge
Amazing stay in the heart of the highlands.
What a great stay! This was our first stay in a B&B and it set the bar high. So warm and welcoming, and the place was so clean and well looked after. The food was amazing, both the dinner that we had and the breakfast were top notch and again, great service. You truly feel like a guest of honor here, plus they gave us a road map of how to see the best of the highlands. Such a great way to spend time in the highlands. The bed was comfy, the wifi worked very well especially being in the middle of a small town, the lounge with a big tv was also comfy and easy to relax in. No tv in the bedrooms, but we had our iPad to watch movies on so it was fine.

We had an excellent stay and wish it could have been longer. Christine and Michael were very hospitable and detail oriented. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding and authentically Scottish. Highly recommend it!

The Royal Treatment
Fabulous! We decided to dine in house. As we were the only couple at Carrmoor, the dining experience was certainly unique, and my husband and I felt like royalty. We were escorted to the lounge area where a lovely fire was set up, and we could relax with our drinks and coffee as long as we would like. There was a large screen television in the room as well. I don't recall if there was a television in the room as we don't watch much tv, so I did not take note. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was quite good as well, but since I was still full from the previous evening's meal, I didn't partake of much more than the porridge and toast. The famous Carrbridge Bridge is an easy walk, just around the corner. The B&B also has off street parking in a private lot.

Room was comfortable for a group of 3 even if the bathroom was on the small side. The place was very clean and breakfast was great.
