Good Deal!
Overall had a good experience, motel wasn’t anything amazing but the benefit of the Waterpark being included plus coupons from various spots on location made it very nice and convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Maybe I’d go back
When we first arrived the wait to check in was almost 30 minutes. An entire line of people and one person working slowly and another standing at the other end of the counter doing absolutely nothing. The first morning we were woken up by people/employees being loud and banging around at 8:30am. None of the soda machines had anything yet the most to purchase so we had to walk all the way to the main building to get drinks. The second night we requested a roll away bed. When it arrived and we finally got situated and opened it up all of the blankets and sheets were wet. But by then it was too late to request different accommodations. The adults don’t abide by the rules for the hot tub. Everything just kept adding up.

Great place for the whole family!
We had a great time at Grand Country Inn during our 5 night, and 4 day stay. The room was big enough we weren’t falling on each other (we are a family of 6), and it was in fairly good condition but very clean. It was not luxury quality, but the amenities made up for it. Our only complaint was the parking situation if you got back to the hotel after 6pm you had to park on the other side of the parking lot. A parking lot remodel would do the Inn some good. Some complained about the wait to check in, I would agree it did take a little longer then other hotels I’ve stayed at but they offer a lot of amenities that need to be explained to the guests so it is understandable.

Kids delight
Rooms old and small. PoorHousekeepers had to work late to get all the rooms done. 5 or 6 p,m, lots of walking going from building to building which must be a challenge for senior or handicap. The water park was super awesome and my 10 yr old loved it as well as the arcades. There were no showers at water park which made me cringe thinking about bacteria. The hot tubs were nice for adults and children.

Dump
The whole hotel including the rooms need some serious renovations, the property is very outdated and in poor condition. The worst part though was the cleanliness, our room was dirty. I did not want to sleep there because every surface felt dirty, the carpet stunk horribly and was stained, the bedding was old and worn, and the beds and pillows were awful. I will not stay there again.
