Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. But room is not that good enough especially the showers towels. And bathing room

I loved this hotel! The service was amazing and such a super cool rooftop bar. I would definitely recommend it (and I’m quite the hotel snob 😜).

Cumbersome and lengthy check-in process with bizarre request by the hotel to place a Thai baht 7,000 provisional hold for items and services purchased while in residence. I declined and said I would use my credit card were I to charge a meal or room service or whatnot. Other than that and spotty bit cheerful service, the hotel is a New York style in design and aesthetic. Very little Thai influence in either food or restaurant choices let alone the decor. The Italian and steak house restaurants are good to be sure. Location is a bit challenging as there are fewer food choices than you’ll find elsewhere in Bangkok, including a lack of street food. The breakfast is superb, however!

Been here 2 days and I can already tell you this place is run poorly. We've been requesting a pair of forks and 2 plates for 30 minutes and they can't seem to accomplish that basic task. For the same price you can stay at half a dozen hotels in the same area who have much better service.

Very well designed, modern hotel with great amenties. Rooftop bar and pool with city views. Comfortable modern rooms and well-designed bathrooms. My only complaints are that the breakfast buffet, although good, is quite expensive for Thailand and not worth it in my opinion. Additionally the rooftop bar has great views but the food was mediocre, in small quantities and the service was very slow.
