Location is very good. View was OK. Looks better on the internet than in person. Our room was dowdy and in need of paint, new furniture, clean bedspread. A/C worked, 3 TV stations worked. Staff was not very friendly (unusual for Brazil!) and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Great location for local fun.
The location is VERY good if you are looking for nearby, local fun. The little restaurant right out front is a local family hangout on Sunday and very lively on Saturday evening. Again, the location is VERY good if you want access to the local village and very short walk to 3 nearby beaches. Spend the money and get the better rooms if you can afford it. The staff is really great.

Great service. Good location.
The hotel has very nice view, if you stay in the highest floors. The breakfast was good. It's located few minutes walk from the city main areas. There was a very nice lady at the reception (Julianna) that helped us a lot with everything we needed there.

Nice hotel, beach side, but can't swim on beach.
Great pousada!! Next to beach and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and nice beaches. Also, access to water taxy and boats. Facilities were good with great view of boats but shower was difficult to regulate for hot water. Staff was great!

Pousada Baia Bonita
I loved the location. The view was fantastic and it's very close to Centro, about a 10-15 minute walk. You don't need to take the taxi because it is walking distance. I made the mistake doing that and paid R$18. I traveled alone and I felt very safe walking around, even at night. People are friendly. Do learn your common Portuguese words and phrases. The hotel is very cute. Room for improvements: clealiness of the room and bathroom. You can tell the place is a little worn. There is no hair dryer, so if you need one you have to bring your own. If they could make those little improvements, it would be perfect! I will stay there again.
