Air conditioning was poor. At its lowest setting, it struggled to restrict temperatures below 23C. Reception were rude:abrupt when this was feedback to them.

Not on your bucket list
Staff especially office management is quite kind and accommodating. The hotel is not really on the ocean. The town it is located in in a small pour town. Very few people speak any English fir Englush speaking travelers. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The town was loud late at night. We were desperately trying to get out if thus location.

Insgesamt war das Hotel gut. Ein kleines Manko war die recht kleine Dusche und der Duschkopf ist an der Wand installiert. Ich mag es lieber den Duschkopf in die Hand nehmen zu können. Und es war recht dunkel im Badezimmer. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung gut. Schön war der Shuttleservice zum Strand. Aber diesen kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ruhige Straße, aber nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt waren viele Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen und ein Supermarkt. Erwähnenswert sollte noch sein, das es von 15-23 Uhr ein Animations- und Unterhaltungsprogramm gab. Das heißt, in dieser Zeit hatte man viel laute Musik um sich herum und auf meinem Zimmer war es auch immer zu hören. Mag auch nicht jeder. Aber insgesamt war es schon recht schön.

Personale gentile sia alla reception che in sala ristorante. Animazione più che ottima. Un grazie a tutti gli animatori per averci fatto sorridere con il loro cabaret serale. L unica pecca il pesce un po' scadente. E poca scelta negli antipasti. Per tutto il resto lo consiglierei assolutamente. Un mare meraviglioso e una lunga spiaggia.

Det var helt forfærdeligt. Nedslidt. Dårlig stemning. Det hele var tilrettelagt på italiensk, og for børnefamilier. “Mad-centralen” var forfærdelig. Det var rigtig dårligt, at det “italienske-underholdnings-koncept” ikke stod beskrevet på siden om hotellet, så man kunne have valgt det fra, når man ikke taler italiensk.

nice hotel for families
It is a nice Hotel, especially for families with small children. The animation is mostly designed for children. The garden and the pool area are wonderful and well cared for. We enjoyed the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas very much. Unfortunately there were neither toilelts nor showers. The food was okay and for one week there were different dishes. But later we had the impression there were less variation. But the atmosphere in the dining room was absolutly hectic and loud. The first days, when there were less people, was okay, you could at least talk to your partner in a normal voice. The team was very friendly and caring..
