2nd stay with Sejong but felt disappointed
2nd stay with Sejong hotel and this time round more hiccups. When i booked via hotels.com, i indicated high floor and faced Nansam Tower. Room was not available when i checked in. When i return, seems like my room was given to others. The staffs were checking and arguing and i interrupted whats wrong with my booking. One staff asked if DOB = my birthday which was weird. I said yes and he said i will find you a room. When we entered, it was level 8 and faced city. Staff called and asked if we are satisfied which obviously I'm not. I requested a change of room but they said its full. The room is old, musky. The heater is noisy, particularly in the night, its loud. The rude shock came when i checked out, i was told to pay another 1000 won. I told the staff i paid in full via hotels.com but they told me the rates were wrong. As i was rushing to airport plus its only 1000 won, i paid and left but overall the experience was disappointing
