Fantastic except for family with kids
Cheap, clean, friendly staff, close to metro stations, port. BUT, it is located in neighborhood with full of adult culture; so I don't recommend for family. PS. Wifi is not free, which is a bit odd these days.

good value for money
Good location. Breakfast is not cheap 12,5 euros. But the breakfast is good. The wifi is a bit complicated. You have to ask for a voucher every day. Can be a bit noisy.

Clean, comfy hotel... street noise negative issue
Clean and comfortable... and relaxed bar. Good location but might look at triple glazing windows... too much street noise

Free unusable WiFi
Located in the red light light area so it’s wild and noisy for most of the night. It really is a bar with a hotel stuck onto it, too expensive for what it is and you’re obviously paying for the location. Bar food is good breakfast is ok, bit expensive. The older of the reception girls was nice the younger one was unpleasant, sorry didn’t get their names. Main problem was the WiFi, it was useless, the manager said it was because they had changed suppliers and to be fair he did his best. But if you need WiFi and a receptionist who goes a damn don’t stay here.

A nice stay.
A nice stay with friendly staff. Single feather filled pillow was a bit flat. Noisy until 5 after 5am on Sunday morning, but can't complain, it is in the Reeperbahn after all.
